When my edges are closed
And I forget how the trees are breathing me
How the rains bless me
How the mountains guide me
How the rivers unleash me
When my mind forgets
And in my disconnect
I miss how the birds sing me
How the stars illuminate me
How the animals teach me
Shake me into wakeful gratitude
As I remember how to merge with you
How to be embraced by you
How to know that I am you
And in my remembering
Love me in my letting go

I may be human
But once I was tree
And I ran like water
And I waved like the sea
I have flown with the clouds
I have hardened as rock
I have roared on four legs
Spun my webs
Laid my eggs
Leapt for flies
Dived for fish
And swallowed the universe whole
I may be human
But within me
In this full moon meditation we will journey into our grounded power in ‘Embodying Earth’. Women are earth. To experience the fullness of our expression, we must embody the depths of our roots and the immensity of our ground. To be earthed is to be held strongly, is to merge with the strength of the rocks and roots, to know power that provides a sense of belonging so strong that doubts dwindle and insecurities fade away.
This call is an exploration of our willingness to fully embody our strength as women – to feel our commitment to ourselves, our bodies and our lives – to confront our patterns of compromise – to feel for the scale of our innate feminine capacity to receive what we need to be able to fully stand in our power and be true to ourselves.
If you want to know how it feels to ground in the raw essential nature of your own earthiness, then this guided exploration is for you.
‘What if I could open my heart to receive the full love of creation?
What if I could open to receive the sky? What then?’
Women are sky. Beyond the material realms we are woven into the cosmos, wired to receive and transmit the intelligence of creation, capable of expanding into limitlessness and surrendering to all that is.
To touch the edges of our limitlessness is to open to the mystery of ourselves and to invite the mystery into ourselves more consciously – to feel our fears of dissolving and explore new muscles of expansion within the safe holding of the sisterhood.
This call is an exploration of our willingness to expand into the subtle dimensions of ourselves as women – to feel for our edges and softly blur them – to move beyond our know experience of reality into an active invitation to the more that is the vast multi dimensionality of life.
If you want to embody the sky and discover the limitlessness of your capacity to connect to creation, then this guided exploration is for you
I want to let go
I want to flow
I want formlessness that knows
I want effortless pleasure
That floats and smoothes
Circles every stone
Allows and mirrors
Witnesses and dissolves
I want to be River
I want to know my letting go into flow
In this meditation we dive into river for more self discovery. Having embodied Earth and Sky – the River has given more of her gifts and we will journey there again together.
Embodying River is about surrender to our own life force – the river of vital energy that longs to flow unchecked through us at all times. This is about bowing to our own mystery – how much of ourselves we feel able to live and embody. This is about letting go of the dams that hold us back and feeling for the river banks of our own clarity that support our fullest expression.
We drop deeply into the sensations and flows of our own bodies and emotions and allow the river to inform us about ourselves and our capacities to live in joy, fullness, abundance and health. This call is open to everyone.
These meditative journeys are designed to plug us back into nature as our greater Self – as our teacher and primary resource.
Thank you so much for taking this journey of self exploration.
We hope it has woven you into deeper connection with yourself, with your sisters and with the natural world that lives and breathes us all.
If you’d like to continue the journey, we invite you to join our circle of global sisterhood live each Full Moon. Our moon calls are an invitation to embody all that you are as a woman of the Earth. Gather with our global circle of sisterhood each full moon to relax into nurturing Nature connection together. Come join us …
