Anna is passionate about trees and forests and loves them all, no matter where in the world she meets them. Almost as equally passionate about restoring and reclaiming the feminine, at last she has found her natural habitat at TreeSisters! When ‘at work’ Anna is an independent forest consultant, based in Wales, working through her company Ethical Change. She specialises in forest and trade issues, particularly those of the paper and packaging sectors. She produces research reports on global forest and trade issues, with a special focus on environmental and social issues for both NGO and commercial clients. Anna has worked actively with companies to change their wood product purchasing for the better through WWF UK’s Forest and Trade Network. She facilitates and provides technical support to FSC multi-stakeholder policy formation processes and undertakes stakeholder consultation. She was director was FSC UK from 1999 to 2005. Anna holds a Master of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Oxford.
