Jacqui Grey

Trustee

Jacqui is a Non Executive Director for the Neuroleadership Institute EMEA. She
held the position of Managing Director for EMEA until 2019 where she built the
business into 8 countries in 5 years. Her career spans law, HR (previously FVP
Merrill Lynch), Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Executive
Mentoring and Change Consultancy. She is known for her work on innovative
leadership programmes in FTSE 100 companies, specialising in Resilience,
Inclusion and Gender. She has a doctorate in Executive Anxiety and a Masters in
Top Team development. She was previously a Board Member of UK
Government body ‘Opportunity Now’, and helped found the 2% Club, a
women’s network for the top 2% of women in business in the UK. She presents
regularly at Global conferences and has published a book Executive Advantage
– Resilient leadership for 21st Century Organisations © ( Kogan Page). She has
been a guest lecturer at Cranfield, IE Business School, LBS and more. She
undertakes research and writes regularly for magazines on Leadership including
Harvard Business Review, People and Strategy magazine and the NLI Journal.
She works closely with a number of CEO, Leadership Forums and women’s
networks. She is a Trustee of Treesisters, an environmental charity and sits on
the CIPD L&D Advisory Board.
